Registration fee includes conference sessions, Monday reception, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and an off-site tour (TBA).

Registration cannot be processed without full payment. Cancellations must be received in writing no later than 1 October 2009. There is a $100.00 cancellation fee.
